Follow signs for Western Lake District/ Keswick A66. At Keswick, follow signs for Windermere. Ambleside is situated 4 miles prior to Windermere. On entering Ambleside, follow the one way system out of the village, passing the BP Garage on the left hand side. We are 200 yards past the BP garage on the Left Hand side. Our Car Park is situated opposite the Log House Restaurant. By Train, main line to Oxenholme, then (possibly) a connection to Windermere. A taxi or bus is available for the 15 minute journey to Ambleside. There is a bus stop opposite The Log House, a minutes walk from us. If arriving by taxi, ask to be dropped off at the back.
